I have a single project in my workspace (a linked git clone). After selecting it in the navigate-table.html selecting "Delete" from context menu, the project didn't disappear.

After refreshing the workspace, the project was gone.

Same thing when creating a new project: first I saw "could not find table row innerTree" and then I had to refresh the page to actually see the newly created project.
