The PDF report appears incomplete using BIRT 2.6.2 and BIRT 2.6.1.
All our reports have been and are generated with the version "BIRT 2.3.2" because it seems stable.
To reproduce this problem, we created a rptdesign (see rptdesign file attached) with "BIRT 2.3.2".
Then generate a PDF file using View Report with "BIRT 2.3.2", "BIRT 2.6.1" and "BIRT 2.6.2" with our rptdesign.
On PDF from "BIRT 2.3.2" all information is displayed.
On PDF from "BIRT 2.6.1" and "BIRT 2.6.2" the first page is blank.

So, setting "Layout preference" property to "Fixed Layout" on our rptdesign, and generating PDF files with BIRT 2.6.1 and 2.6.2 information is partially showed.

We would use "BIRT 2.6.2" but this problem that affects all our reports prevents us from doing so.

If this is a bug... thank you for correcting this problem.

I think the problem is the styles of type fonts Medium, Small, X-small that no longer work as before.
If I replace
- Medium by 9 points
- Small by 7 points
- X-small with 6 points
I find the desired result with BIRT 2.6.2.

The only problem that persists is the size of the PNG and GIF (inserted dynamically in my case), it is smaller than what is expected.

So, what happened with these styles of Fonts?
Have you this same behavior with these styles of Fonts?
Is BIRT the cause of this problem or not?

BIRT changes the default size for small in 2.6 to sync with the modern browser.
