Generally, we prefer individual feeds over project feeds but I'll make an exception for Orion in this case for now.

Great, thanks. 

Project blogs seem pretty common on the planet: JSDT, WTP, Swordfish, Riena, etc. They are useful for putting out content that is written by several authors. For example I wouldn't feel comfortable putting New & Noteworthy in a personal blog because the entries are written by many people.
