We're going to need REST API for git remote (fetching changes from another repository).

Released the changes with http://git.eclipse.org/c/e4/org.eclipse.orion.server.git/commit/?id=75a91520ffffeb139e4d106ade8c1a575487dab6. I had to ignore one of junit because it would fail for the same reason as bug 339254. In other words, the code is there, but it won't work. Leaving the bug open as long as bug 339354 is not fixed.

Bug 339354 is fixed. I've re-enabled the test case from comment 1 and verified it passes with JGit 0.12.0.201104110422.
