1. set a breakpoint in the text editor
2. pick disable from the context menu

The glyph/icon in the left hand marker area doesn't update -- it still looks 
enabled (it shows "blue center").

If you go to the breakpoint list itself you will see it with the "white 
center" glyph.  So I assume its supposed to redraw (like it used to?).

Marking major since its confusing/loss of functionality.
