The update site for 1.1.1 isn't currently available.

due to MTJ project move 1.1.1 update site has been moved to http://download.eclipse.org/mtj/updates/1.1.1/stable/. However, we have the 1.1.2 build out so I recommend using the http://download.eclipse.org/mtj/updates/1.1.2/stable update site. All this information can also be retrieved from MTJ website in its new url http://www.eclipse.org/mtj/
