The automatic generation of JavaDocs for the SDK feature broke when the build system was switched from PDE build to Tycho.

Yes, AFAIK the PDE tasks ANT tasks are not accessible from the Tycho build.

Note: when this is completed toc-reference.xml needs to added back to build.properties (bug 350965).
