Modifying generation path under Tigerstripe > Generation preference page doesn't actually change the path.  It still generates to the default target/tigerstripe.gen directory

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a simple TS project
2. Create a simple Generator project
3. Modify the default generation path under Tigerstripe > Generation.
4. Trigger generation on your TS project.  Notice that the generated artifacts still end up in the default path: target/tigerstripe.gen
