While investigating the performance tests I noticed there are some tests for the presentationFactories extension point. This extension point is no longer used anywhere in our code internally with the switch to the renderer protocol.

The extension point presentationFactories is deprecated in the Eclipse 4.2.1 release. Closing as fixed.
