Missing quick assists
- Join selected if statements with || expression  
- Join if sequence in if-else-if
... maybe more

New quick assists
- Quick assist to put a single expression in parentheses.

Also, 'Add paranoidal parentheses' has been renamed to 'Put expressions in parentheses'

Fixed in HEAD in ref-java-editor-quickassist.htm.

'Invert local variable' was also missing. Plus I corrected 2-3 small typos and moved a few items around to bring related quick assists together.

Verified in I20110518-0800 that the doc is updated.
