We have enough "auxiliary" pages that we need some task discovery in the UI.  For now, I propose adding some (small font) links in the header for the pages that aren't directly accessible/relevant to the navigator.  Boris and I discussed having nice, short words... "Sites" "Git" "Plug-ins" etc.

I'm sure they'll move around over time, but putting them somewhere will induce opinions.

For M6 I won't worry about an extension point for this, I'll just have the header code check add them (or check for plug-in existence on things like git that are optional).
