In order to be part of the 0.8.0 integration, code for collaborative work features must be merged onto the head.

Collaborative work feature is now on the head.
Remaining tasks:
 - add preference for papyrus notification to save/not save user choices about loaded resources
 - Problem when uncontrol a package in a project which project's name contains spaces.
