on top of that one should not be allowed probably to import the same sources twice. In that sense the error message is wrong, it shall tell that the project is already imported.. Adding to M7 since this is the realm of other fixes. http://git.eclipse.org/c/m2e/m2e-core.git/commit/?id=ce3aa6e1f8eac14f89f7b3096426501c061e4060 new, better message and now you cannot import the same project twice, no matter what name template you choose. I understand that is the desired behaviour. |
Created attachment 190254 [details] screenshot The wizard's initial page has somehow broken error handling. steps to reproduce 1.import a project 2. Error: attempt to import the project again. note that finish gets disabled but nothing else happens. 3. error: when you select the affected line in the tree, you get a warning label on top. a warning cannot prevent the wizard from completing.
