testGetClone, testClone, testCloneAndLink and testCloneAndLinkToSubfolder fail when run locally. This may be caused aba8828 commit for bug 338558.

Culprit: missing "-Dorg.eclipse.orion.server.core.userArea=${workspace_loc}/../foo/.userarea" when running tests.

I'll take this. Tomasz figured out the problem: there is a new system property to specify the location where clones should be created. If the system property is missing the server throws errors. We should instead just pick a reasonable default location for this if the system property is not set.
