1) Create a C/C++ Project
2) Add it to a working set (C/C++ or Resource)
3) In the PE enable Top Level Elements > Working Sets
4) Create a new file or folder in the project
-> The resource does not appear, only after manually refreshing the project.

Same for removing files or folders.
