eclipse.buildId=I20110225-1300

- new workspace
- open Problems view is open at bottom (close Javadoc and Declaration)
- try to grab the Problems view and dock it at the bottom of the editor area 
- you can't do it
- I want the Package Explorer on its left and the Outline on its right.

Not sure if it is related, but I noticed some of these messages (no stack) in my log file.

Unrelated.  That is a separate issue and being tracked in bug 328755 and bug 328770.

At some point I was able to successfully dock my views where I want them. I guess this can be closed now? See attachment 190986 [details] for what my perspective layout is.
