It is currently not so easy to create a transition between two states. The source and target of a transition edge have to be selected very carefully on the exact border of the state figure. It would be very helpful to ease that creation.

Fixed with the current version. Added a getTargetEditPart() which points to the parent to enable an easier creation of transitions
