The menu Diagram from GMF should be deleted, because all interesting actions have been rewritten.
Following menus/actions are concerned : 
- Line Type
- Line Width
- Arrow Type
- Text Alignement
The same thing for the Menu Filters and Formats in the popup menu.

Done in R4220.
+ remove "Add note", on a selected element (it was not implemented by GMF).

R11302 : share the new plugin oep.infra.gmfdiag.gmf.eraser. 
This plugin contains all gmf contribution that we remove from Papyrus

R11303 : remove the removed gmf contributions from oep.uml.diagram.menu (now they are removed by oep.infra.gmfdiag.gmf.eraser).
