The Dali feature names have changed in the Indigo release and require an update of features names in the JEE package.  The below info can be used to find and update the appropriate feature.

Everyone waiting for me? I've been waiting for you! :) ... but, I think this patch does it: removes the previous two, and adds 5; 3 new ones, two renamed (and, we've discussed previously in WTP PMC not to include the JPA Diagram editor, since depends on incubating components). 

Feel free to correct/comment.

Hi Markus ... There is no "JEE" package in the 20110315-2111 build.

I tried looking in its "build.log", but it was an empty file? 

But ... my guess is it is failing since the jpt features it is looking for no longer exist in the staging repo, and this patch will need to be applied before it builds.

Patch applied to HEAD.

I'll leave the bug open and assigned to myself until I see that the JEE packages are building again (and I need to cross-check whether other packages are affected in the same way or not).
