This will give it suitable naming compared to the Jetty build. The suggested changes are:

 * Repo name to 'tomcat-server' compared to 'jetty-server'
 * Zip file to 'virgo-tomcat-server-3.0.0' compared to 'virgo-jetty-server-.3.0.0'
 * Renaming the plan file to 'org.eclipse.virgo.tomcat.web' compared to 'org.eclipse.virgo.jetty.web'

My only concern is that this removes a lot of references to Gemini Web which may also be misleading, possibly the plan file could go to 'org.eclipse.virgo.gemini.web'. It may also be appropriate to move the plan file to the 'tomcat-server' repo although this would be work for no end user benefit.

Renaming completed in several places and rippled to ensure zero impact for people that have the code checked out. Will now produce virgo-tomcat-server.zip.
