1. Create an EAR project
2. Configure Tomcat
3. Open 'Package Explorer'
4. DnD EAR to Tomcat -> works fine
5. Try point 4 again. It does not work.

It is impossible to Dnd EAR from 'Project Explorer'.

hmm interesting.. because tomcat doesn't support EARs. It is possible that during the port to the new ServersView2 we added some condition that now allows this to happen the first time, need to check on ServersViewDropAdapterAssistant.

It might help to know which version.  I've tried every WTP 3.2.0 and later version and can't get it to "work" the first time, which is the expected behavior.

Please ignore this bug. The issue does not happen every time and I am not able to refine the reproduction steps - it may be as well problem with the adapter itself.
