In a Java file with:

import static org.junit.Assert.assertNotNull;


typing in code "assertno" and then pressing ctrl+space gives no proposals.

Typing "assertNo" and the ctrl+space on the other hand offers assertNotNull, as expected.

There were three instances of CharOperation.equals() without case insensitive flags. One pertains to this but other two are related to proposals from Javadoc on constructors and method parameter names. Unfortunately the latter two have tests backing them. I will take a look at the history and see if there is any rationale behind them later. As for as this bug is concerned, this gerrit patch will do.
