Sorry for my english, I'll try explain as best I can.

My system is Debian Squeeze on amd64.
Eclipse from debian repository, Mylyn from  http://download.eclipse.org/tools/mylyn/update/e3.4

I have TaskList on the bottom of the window, so the tooltip on task cover task.
If I clic on tooltip, ( left mouse button) is like mylyn lock event.
1. no more tooltip is displayed
2. left click stop working in the system, i must logout.
Try to add a mouse, so not hw problem
Try kde and Gnome
Try xev and no event detected on left mouse; all other event still work 
I'm not able to find error messages.
 
I think some loop that lock Xorg event.
When i logout, xorg restart and all works.



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. put task list on the bottom of the screen ( so the tooltip cover tasks)
2. click on tooltip

Should be fixed in Eclipse 3.6.
