Build Identifier: Version: Helios Service Release 2 Build id: 20110218-0911

Ran 'Check for Updates' to upgrade to new Helios SR2 release. Followed the usual prompts.
Restarted Eclipse and shortly thereafter got a heap space crash. Assumed the plugin.ini file had been given bad values by update, but was surprised to find it had been deleted by the update process. Occurred on both an RCP and JEE based systems (on separate machines).
The file appears to be removed sometime prior to the 'Restart Eclipse' prompt.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start a prior Helios installation on Mac
2. Check for Updates and proceed...
3. Restart Eclipse

Sorry for the typo: in the Description, plugin.ini should be eclipse.ini
