When using the ODA UI page (as used in the Connection Profile page in BIRT Data Source Editor) to list and select a profile from a connection profile storage file, any profile whose ODA extension is now deprecated is no longer visible and cannot be selected.
An ODA data source extension may be marked as deprecated and replaceable by another ODA data source extension.  
Such connection profile should still be usable, and automatically migrate to the replacing ODA extension.
