Currently, the org.eclipse.ecf.examples.updatesite.client/server plugins are obsolete, because they depend upon/use the old Eclipse update manager.  These examples should be deleted from the org.eclipse.ecf.examples and org.eclipse.ecf.core  features.

Fix released to master (removal of client/server from core and examples features).  Resolving.
