I guess it's too late to fix this for the build but the link on the website should be updated.

We should add an anchor at the top for "7. Defects Fixed in Maintenance Releases" and "Appendix 1: Execution Environment by Bundle".

Also, section 7 says "Note: Bug fixes since the 3.6.1 release can be obtained by the following the Bugzilla query:" when it should be 3.6.2.
