On Todays WTP 3.3 smoke test (WTP 3.3 is not an option in the version field of this bugzilla)

Going to New > Web Services > WSDL File, I get a null pointer exception.  I see this in the log:

We were passing null into org.eclipse.ui.part.PageBook.showPage()
Version 1.10 of this file tolerated this, but the change made in 1.11 does not tolerate this.

I've checked in a fix to org.eclipse.wst.wsdl.ui.internal.wizards.WSDLNewFileOptionsPage to ensure we don't pass in null to PageBook.showPage().
