DJ now has the latest com.ibm.icu and com.ibm.icu.base available in Orbit.

We can update our 3.7 to pick up the latest 4.4.2 ICU and base, please.

Fixed and verified in test build. DJ, could we have a stable Orbit integration build for this, otherwise the Orbit build I used will disappear :-)

I sent a note to the mailing list to see if David can promote a build.

According to the wiki page [1] this can be done by any committer (I believe you are one Kim?) but it is better etiquette to send a note to the mailing list.
