patch to fix build issues

Gemini naming build fails.  This is a patch to resolve build issues.  Only maven config changes and slight modification to the integration-testing module.

I wrote 100% of the code and have full rights to contribute it to Eclipse.

Too much formatting in the patch to see any actual code changes. 
What exactly was the build problem you experienced? It seems to build fine for me.
