Have

http\://www.springframework.org/schema/osgi/spring-osgi-2.0-m2.xsd=org/sgemini/blueprint/config/spring-osgi-2.0-m2.xsd

instead of

http\://www.springframework.org/schema/osgi/spring-osgi-2.0-m2.xsd=org/eclipse/gemini/blueprint/config/spring-osgi-2.0-m2.xsd

So if you use http\://www.springframework.org/schema/osgi/spring-osgi-2.0-m2.xsd in your applicationContext xsi:schemaLocation, and you have no internet connection, the app-context will not initialize
