When I refactor an entity on a class diagram, it's removed from the diagram!

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a TS project called p1
2. Create a class diagram 
3. Create an Entity on the class diagram
4. Right click on the entity in class diagram > select Rename > rename the entity to something else and click on OK.  Notice that the entity is removed from the class diagram!
