A job is created to provide feedback to the user about the progress of the indexing of a trace or experiment.

Also, automatic indexing of a TmfTrace at creation can be controlled with a constructor boolean parameter.

Updated patch

The original patch works fine but for the unit tests that fail because of an ambiguity on the TmfTrace constructors indexing flag.

This patch augments the original one in order to set the flag correctly in the unit tests.
