Hi Colleagues,                                                       
                                                                     
In SIE 731 the following scenario fails:                             
1) Copy the attached WSDLs in the SIE                                
2) Open labels1.wsdl in the SIE and go to the SI tab                 
3) Expand the collapsed service                                      
4) No validation errors shown, but type is shown as <Unresolved Type>
                                                                     
Validation errors should be shown. This can be a regression.
