I think we need target milestones to track what fixes comes into a milestone build. My suggestion is to add Target milestones and RCs for our 0.1.0 version regardless if we participate in indigo or not. Any other ideas?

Sure, we need target milestones. 
But I first would like to clarify how do we label our first release: 0.1, 0.5 or 1.0? This is in the agenda of our first status meeting this week. When we clarify this, I will create the target milestones.
