Build Identifier:

alt-shift-x and then t OR alt-shif-x and then j....Ideally, 90% of the time it is a test or program with main sooo, it would be awesome if alt-shift-x just figured that out and if it has both pop up a selection dialog since it is hard to flip between using both...you get so used to hitting alt-shift-x t, that when you go to hit alt-shift-x j, you still type in t. Just minor enhancement.

Reproducible: Always

If you have "Preferences > Run/Debug > Launching > Launch the selected resource or active editor" selected, then you can just use Run > Debug (F11) to launch.
