Build Identifier: 

While installing  eclipse ganymede
It start installation and in installation while loading workbench 
it restart the the PC but eclipse is not installed. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Download eclips ganymede installation set up on your hard drive.
2.Unzzip the set up zip file
3.click on eclipse icon
4. It start installation and gets crashed and restart the PC.
