Often if you wait a few minutes or come back to this later, the content assist starts mysteriously working again. I think we fixed some of these issues in newer versions of PTP. Which parser were you using? In general, content assist is supposed to timeout after five seconds. when it times out, doesn't it have a popup or something? Basically i still see this sometimes, not predictable though. Parser? Nothing but default. That is, not the UPC parser if that's what you are asking.
