We need to be able to support installing multiple versions of the same bundle through the discovery mechanism.  We should also support the ability to install IUs which are not features.

We can probably convert the CatalogItem's ID field to carry a VersionedId rather than simply an ID (this may require us to modify the RemoteDiscoveryStrategy as the '.feature.group' is unfortunately appended there).

From a UI perspective when multiple versions are present we will also need to filter older versions to hide them when the user is browsing (to prevent clutter / too many choices).

We also need to alleviate the limitation about only being able to install a feature.
