1. Create a dynamic web project.

In the .jsdtscope file there are two entries for:

<classpathentry kind="con" path="org.eclipse.wst.jsdt.launching.WebProject">
		<attributes>
			<attribute name="hide" value="true"/>
		</attributes>
	</classpathentry>
