ConfigConstants.CONFIG_REMOTE_SECTION should be replaced with ConfigConstants.CONFIG_KEY_REMOTE. The value is the same for both i.e. "remote", but we need the key not the section. Moreover, //$NON-NLS-$ tags are no longer required since we use constants now.
