I am interested in consuming the HtmlText feature in the MantisBT connector, as the internal text format is HTML. 

Using http://download.eclipse.org/mylyn/snapshots/weekly I am not able to retrieve a SDK for HtmlText, which makes it difficult to asses integration for this component.

Please provide a SDK feature for HtmlText.

Are you looking for an SDK feature that includes sources of the HtmlText bundle?

Yes, exactly. 

I tried to create a patch myself, but apparently I need all Mylyn and Docs and Reviews and ... to build docs, so I gave up.

Yes, the Docs build is not yet fully modularized. I'll put this on the list for next week since it's something that we wanted to do anyways.

A Mylyn Docs SDK feature will be available from the weekly update site once the next build completes.
