1. Open a dtd file.

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<!ENTITY NewEntity "">

2. Turn on logical grouping in the 'Outline' view.
3. Delete the entity line.
4. 'NewEntity' is still a child of the 'Entities' tree node.
5. Save the editor.
6. The entity persists. Closing and reopening the editor fixes the problem.
