In order to allow flexibility of generation in multiple situations, it would be better if the user could
select the scope of generation from model or project when using the generator rather than it being hard coded into the generator.

This would mean that the user could select the mode when configuring the plugin for the project.

This will be handled by the enhancement covering generation on a per module-basis
