Steps to reproduce : 
 	- create a table, owning a Class and a Dependency for example
 	- you have columns which N/A because they are irrelevant, that's OK
 	
	- delete one the 2 elements : the irrelevant columns are always displayed. They should be destroyed.

Patch for Bug 337395

Hi,

The attached patch delete those unused columns from the TableInstance model each time a setInput() method is called.

(a) I, Nicolas Guyomar, wrote 100% of the code I've provided.
(b) I have the right to contribute the code to Eclipse.
(c) I contribute the content under the EPL.

Here are a contribution from one employee of Mia-Software, targeting future
Indigo release. The company has signed a Member Commiter Agreement. The
contribution does not need a CQ (see bug 322327).
