Summary:

When I do a "Push to Upstream," I expect the History view to be immediately updated. Instead, I have to do a "Fetch from Upstream" after "Push to Upstream" in order to see the pushed changes.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Make changes to local branch "master".
2) Right click -> Team -> Commit
3) Add comment and click OK.
4) Right click -> Team -> Show in History to open History view
5) Right click -> Team -> Push to upstream
6) Push to origin/master

Expected result: see changes reflected in History view.

Actual result: changes are not reflected; an additional Git Fetch is necessary.
