EclipseLink is lacking tests that test jdbc-batching (PersistenceUnitProperties.BATCH_WRITING=JDBC).

patch adding regression tests for JDBC batching

In TestOptimistic, checks are written in such a way that EclipseLink OLEs are accepted as well until parent bug 320643 is fixed.

Tested on MaxDB, MySQL.
