Because we have removed old bug-reporting code and applied the new one, based on the extension point "org.eclipse.mylyn.tasks.bugs.support", there was a need to introduce our own "support handler" which allows to include more information into the Mylyn bug report automatically. If there is any need in information on the implementation details or if you have any other questions please ask what is it you're interested in.
