Sometimes Wala class hierarchy misses that new  versions of class files are available. It currently uses a different approach than RecommendersBuilder do - which may explain this glitch.

Fixed in master. refactored the builder and class hierarchy integration. However, current solution is temporary and needs fundamental redesign.
