Description Peter Peshev CLA 2011-02-15 04:58:48 EST
Dear Web Master,

I have tried creating a new folder in the SVN repository (/svnroot/rt/org.eclipse.gemini.management/)

I have used user and password that work for my Eclipse committer account and for access to the CVS of the Gemini Management project (home page, documentation and so on).

I have used two SVN clients (TortoiseSVN and the Eclipse SVN) with both I get the following error :

Authentication error.
svn: MKACTIVITY of '/svnroot/rt/org.eclipse.gemini.management/!svn/act/7b095028-2e01-0010-bc90-cdfefb17c758': 403 Forbidden (https://dev.eclipse.org)

I should have access rights to the Gemini Management (I am the subproject lead). Can you please check what are my permissions and if everything is ok ?

Best Regards
Peter

Fixed, missing a comma in the authz file. Sorry about that. You may need to restart your client(s) to clear any cached state.

Hello,

Unfortunately I am still not able to perform the operations. I am trying to create 4 new folders at the root level, however right now I am getting the following error via both clients

Create 'Create Folder' folder failed.
svn: Can't open file '/home/data/svn/rt/org.eclipse.gemini.management/db/txn-current-lock': Permission denied
svn: MKACTIVITY of '/svnroot/rt/org.eclipse.gemini.management/!svn/act/a67f1949-2e01-0010-b117-d36187e8628a': 500 Internal Server Error (https://dev.eclipse.org)

Can you please check \ give advice

Best regards
Peter

Hmmm, well it looks like the ACLs were missing on the transaction files.

Should be ok now.
